Charming room, superb location, with friendly staff that were exceptionally responsive and provided the best lobby coffee maker I have ever had.

my stay at inn on arsenal was great! the room was spacious enough for me to do my yoga and pilates. also, it’s conveniently located near both a starbucks and dunkin’ for those caffeine fixes. it made heading to my workshops a breeze, being within walking distance.

During my stay, I loved being just a few steps from the fantastic walking trail along the Charles River, and the nearby diners offered some of the best meals during my city strolls. although the experience was mostly enjoyable, the staff could have been more proactive in handling a power outage issue we faced during one night.

The room was super clean and the Netflix access was a breeze, making it easy to unwind after a long day. For some relaxation, the cozy outdoor seating area and small pool provided a lovely escape. While I wish breakfast was included in the night rate, it didn't take away from my experience at all! 😊

The towels felt a bit worn out and could use a refresh. The sound insulation in the room left a lot to be desired. I could hear doors slamming and voices from the parking lot well into the night, which impacted my sleep. Additionally, the maid service only comes during the week, so I had to manage without room cleaning on the weekends. Free parking is a great perk, but the parking lot was a bit cramped. Overall, I enjoyed my time but hope to see some improvements next time.

So, a bit of a hiccup with not getting an invoice for my stay. That was a bummer since it felt like I was in a confusing loop with the front desk. Oh, and that constant noise from the parking lot kinda put a damper on my chill vibes.

My stay at Inn On Arsenal exemplified comfort and convenience. The room exceeded my expectations—clean and affordable. Free parking and proximity to Roadrunner were huge pluses, making my visit stress-free. A minor hiccup with the invoice process didn't overshadow my positive experience.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I spent 4 nights in a King Room that had some charm but also notable drawbacks. The refrigerator required my intervention to work, and the absence of a safe was disappointing. Despite the noise from the parking, the location is convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
